Corporate Partner Engagements
Below is a list of opportunities from June -August shared by Clubs that explain how your group or company can make an an even greater impact through volunteer engagements. Please refer to the FAQ’s on the previous page for additional information. If you looking for opportunities to get involved with Clubs from September-December, those opportunities will become available to view in mid-late August.
As a reminder, BGCC graciously requests that A Club For Life partners donate programmatic costs for each engagement.
Non-ACFL partners are asked to donate programmatic costs for each engagement and a mutually agreed upon contribution to support the Club's impact within the community. Programmatic costs are inclusive of background check costs ($100 per volunteer) associated with the volunteer engagement.

JUNE
Description: To cap off the end of the school year the Club would like to treat their Club members to a fun End of School Year Bash where volunteers could support with carnival games, prizes and food!

Description: To cap off the end of the school year the Club would like to treat their Club members to a fun End of School Year Bash where volunteers could support with carnival games, prizes and food!

Description: Throughout Summer Camp, the CC's Little Village Club will have a variety of themes each week to keep the Club members engaged in fun and educational activities. Description: On the first Friday of the Pedersen-McCormick Club's Summer Camp , the Club celebrates with a BBQ for the youth to end their first week in celebratory fashion. At the BBQ, the volunteers will help serve food such as hamburgers and hotdogs, chips, juice, and cookies and help with activity stations. The food will be grilled from 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM and 160 youth will be fed in two rotations from 12:30 PM - 1:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 1:30 PM

JULY
Description: The Bartlett J. McCartin Club plans to take 100 youth to the Museum of Science and Industry (MSI) in early, July from 10AM-1PM to explore the exhibits including The Blue Paradox, an immersive experience taking you below the ocean’s surface to explore the impact plastic pollution has had on our planet’s largest ecosystem. Following the trip to the MSI, youth and volunteers will work together on a STEM activity, building and launching recycled water bottle rockets at the Club.

Time: Volunteer engagement would be from 2PM-4 PM after youth return from MSI trip from 10AM-1PM.
Requested Programmatic Donation: $2,500 total with about $2,000 to purchase 100 MSI tickets and up to $500 for activity supplies in addition to background check costs ($100 per volunteer)

Description: The Pedersen-McCormick Club plans a Glow-In-The-Dark Party to end each Spirit Week during the summer. Volunteers will help by passing out glow-in-the-dark jewelry and glow sticks, facilitating several carnival games for the youth, facilitating a picture booth, arts & crafts table, and an area for the youth to dance.

Description: Enhance the summer camp experience for our youth by sponsoring the James R. Jordan Club's End of Summer Block Party. This lively event includes various games, activities, food stations, face painting and entertainment that create lasting memories for our members. From setting up game booths to organizing fun contests, volunteers ensure a day of laughter and camaraderie. Set Up is from 10:30 AM - Noon and the Block Party is from Noon - 4PM.
