Green Boys & Girls Club Membership

Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago will once again be offering after-school programming this school year!

You may submit an interest form available below or you can reach out to the Club Manager to pick up a membership application. To schedule an appointment to pick up a form, please either call 331-256-0683 or email jjones@bgcc.org.

Please note that submitting an interest form or an application does not guarantee your child a spot at the Club. You will be notified if a spot is available for your child. At that time, you will be asked to complete additional steps to confirm your child’s registration.
