Please anticipate the likely percentage of volunteers who typically drop-off as the event approaches. The usual size of a volunteer group that we are typically able to have the capacity to accommodate is 10-15.
An event with a budget would prevent the club from utilizing their own resources.
If an event requires youth transportation we graciously request that the group/company covers the cost of transportation. The usual cost of a bus to transport youth ranges between $250-$300.
